Let’s delve into the interview details below!

Could you introduce yourself and share your journey into the rehabilitation and wellness field?

I’ve been working in the substance abuse and psychological rehabilitation field for 11 years. My journey began with a strong desire to support individuals often misunderstood and overlooked—those struggling with addiction and mental health challenges.

Early on, I realized recovery is not just about breaking free from substance use, but about healing the mind, rebuilding relationships, and rediscovering purpose. This shaped my entire approach. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with individuals from all walks of life, each with their own story, struggles, and strengths.

This field has taught me the importance of compassion, patience, and the power of human connection. Whether through therapy sessions, crisis intervention, or simply listening without judgment, I’ve seen how the right support system can transform lives.

I remain committed to professional growth—continuously learning, adopting evidence-based practices, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach. My goal is to help individuals not only overcome addiction and psychological distress, but to empower them to lead fulfilling, self-directed lives.

For me, this field is more than a profession—it’s a calling. After 11 years, I’m as passionate and committed as ever to being part of someone’s path to healing and hope.

What makes your approach to rehabilitation unique?

What makes Aadiv Care Foundation unique is our strong value system and commitment to holistic development—not just for recovery but for rediscovering oneself. Addiction and psychological struggles often come from disconnection—from values, relationships, purpose, and self. We focus on reconnecting individuals with what truly matters, guiding them to reflect on the difference between material fulfillment and meaningful living.

We treat the person as a whole—mind, body, and soul—through therapies, emotional support, spiritual growth, life skills, and community involvement. It’s about rebuilding identity, confidence, and direction in life.

At Aadiv Care, there is no judgment or pressure to “be” someone. We provide a space of love, care, and genuine concern, where people feel safe to open up and reconnect with themselves. We’re not a facility; we’re a family. Healing here is not a process but a journey—and we walk alongside each individual with true care.

What are your flagship programs or services, and how do they benefit patients?

“Some stories stay with you forever. Like the young man who walked in with trembling hands and hopeless eyes… and walked out six months later with a guitar in his hand and dreams in his heart. That’s why we do what we do at Aadiv Care Foundation.”

At Aadiv Care Foundation, recovery is not just a clinical process; it is a journey to regain dignity, purpose, and connection. Our Integrated Mental Health & Rehabilitation Program combines proven treatment with trust and dignity, where patients are never treated as cases but welcomed into a community that listens and supports them.

The Substance Abuse Recovery Initiative, with a 95% recovery rate, goes beyond breaking addiction to rebuild self-worth and resilience. Healing extends beyond therapy rooms—through shared meals, group laughter, art, tea-time conversations, or therapy animals, individuals rediscover purpose and hope.

Beyond treatment, we conduct School Mental Wellness Drives and Animal-Assisted Therapy & Welfare Campaigns, fostering resilience and compassion. Patients leave not only with recovery but with life skills, renewed self-worth, and the assurance of always having a place where they belong.

How does your team stay updated with the latest medical and wellness innovations?

Our team participates in regular training programs, workshops, and national conferences to remain aligned with the latest research and best practices in mental health, rehabilitation, and holistic care.

We maintain collaborations with leading medical institutions, psychologists, and wellness experts, ensuring our treatment protocols reflect the most current, evidence-based approaches. International publications, peer-reviewed journals, and case studies are actively reviewed by our clinical team to integrate proven advancements into our programs.

Additionally, we invest in skill enhancement and cross-disciplinary learning—from mindfulness-based interventions and neuroplasticity research to innovative therapy models such as animal-assisted and art-based therapies. This proactive approach enables us to adapt swiftly, ensuring our patients receive care that is not only compassionate but also cutting-edge.

At the heart of this effort is a shared belief among our team: healing is most effective when knowledge and empathy grow hand in hand.

Can you share an example of exceptional patient care from your center?

One of the most remarkable stories of recovery at Aadiv Care Foundation involves a patient diagnosed with a 17mm blood clot in the brain, severely impacting his frontal lobe. The injury left him unable to retain any memory beyond ten minutes, creating immense challenges for even the simplest daily tasks.

Upon his arrival, the team designed a highly personalized rehabilitation plan centered on cognitive therapy, memory training, and structured recall exercises. Through consistent practice, mental stimulation, and emotional support, the patient began to show gradual but significant improvement.

Months later, the transformation was extraordinary. He is now able to recall events, conversations, and incidents in his daily life, and has regained enough cognitive strength to assist his brother in running a shop. This progress not only restored his independence but also reignited his confidence and sense of purpose.

Cases like this stand as a testament to the Foundation’s approach—combining medical expertise, innovative techniques, and unwavering human connection to achieve outcomes that once seemed impossible.

What advice would you give to individuals or families seeking rehabilitation services?

For individuals and families seeking rehabilitation services, psychoeducation is crucial for long-term recovery. It helps them understand the condition, its impact on mind and body, and the importance of completing the full treatment cycle. Many leave prematurely when they feel “better,” not realizing recovery is more than the absence of symptoms.

Equally important is shifting focus from the past to shaping the future. Through therapy, skill-building, and self-reflection, patients learn to process pain without letting it define them. At Aadiv Care Foundation, we remind families that treatment is a journey toward independence, stability, and renewed purpose—and committing to it makes the difference between temporary improvement and lifelong transformation.

A Space for Transformation

Aadiv Care Foundation is a space where people can pause, reflect, and rebuild their lives from the inside out.

Over time, we have become a home for transformation—for those who have had everything yet felt empty, and for those lost in addiction yet still holding onto their potential. At Aadiv Care Foundation, we are here to provide all three.
