The timing works in India’s favor. Industry analysts project the global healthcare market will touch US$780 billion by 2030, while the consumer healthcare segment alone, valued at US$360 billion in 2023, is expected to grow at 8.8 percent annually through the same period. For Indian exporters, the Middle East represents a growing and accessible market.

This edition of Arab Health has drawn participation from over 40 country pavilions, including first-time exhibitors Morocco and Latvia, marking what organizers describe as record international attendance for the exhibition.

For India’s pharmaceutical sector, the event is less about visibility and more about deal-making. The country has steadily built a reputation as a supplier of affordable, quality-certified medicines and medical devices and exhibitions like this one serve as the primary channel for converting that reputation into export contracts.
